COVID Policy for in person visits

You will only keep your in-person appointment if you are symptom free. You will cancel your appointment if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive within the last 14 days. We ask that you wear a mask if you are not vaccinated (there are exceptions, such as conditions that make it difficult to tolerate a mask).  A distance of 6 feet is maintained during sessions.  You will be provided a phone number to text upon arrival to alert your clinician that you are here. We ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside until the prior session is over at which time you receive a text response permitting you to enter the office.
